The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry required TBCT Management LLC, owners of Spitfire Bar and Grill in Detroit Lakes, to pay back 52 employees for forced tip-pooling, according to a statement from the MN DLI. Each employee received an average of $282 in back wages.
