On Wednesday, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency announced a new action plan to tackle the issue of forever chemicals, commonly known as PFAs. Bemidji is no stranger to the chemicals, at it has recently constructed a new treatment plant to remove such chemicals from its water wells.
