bemidjipioneer – David John Beckes, 41, of St. Cloud, died after being shocked with a stun gun by St. Cloud Police Department officers Wednesday. The Minnesota Department of Public Safety’s Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is conducting an investigation into the death.
