Minnesota DNR lowers winter walleye limit on Upper Red Lake

ST. PAUL – Anglers fishing Upper Red Lake this winter will face a slightly lower walleye limit than they did during the open water season, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources announced Monday, Oct. 27.
