bemidjipioneer – MOORHEAD, Minn. — Over the next three decades, the population of those 65 and over in the U.S. will nearly double. Many of those seniors will need extra medical attention. The problem is we’re not equipped to handle it. It’s already a problem now. We have a lack of funding, facilities and staffing, while costs are exorbitant.
