Jason Michael Pederson, 39, of Willmar, is charged in Kandiyohi County District court with two charges of felony first-degree criminal sexual conduct with pentration or contact with a person under 13 and two charges of felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a mentally impaired or helpless victim. If convicted on both counts, he faces 70 years in prison.
