Family and friends submitted to the court 29 pages of support for the 37-year-old Woodbury man. In asking for leniency, Matthew Hoisser’s wife, Nicole, wrote that in the 13 years she has known him “he has proven to be a caring, gentle, patient, and law-abiding individual.”
