Sadiyo Ibrahim Mohamed, 32, charged with second-degree attempted murder, first-degree bodily harm and second-degree assault in connection with the attacks on her 5-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son outside their townhouse in Woodbury early Wednesday morning.
