RED LAKE INDIAN RESERVATION – A lot of snow fell over the weekend, shutting down some area businesses and making travel difficult. Many people were unable to make it out of their yards. The Red Lake Tribal Council issued the following statement Sunday evening: "Due to the continued bad weather, ALL Tribal Programs will have a late start tomorrow, Monday, December 30th and will open at 1 PM….
