MDA to Conduct Spongy Moth Aerial Management in Carlton and Southern St. Louis Counties

St. Paul, MN: The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) is preparing to treat multiple sites in Carlton and southern St. Louis counties to slow the spread of spongy moth.
