PAUL — New figures released by the Minnesota Department of Human Services on Tuesday, Sept. 24, show the state overpaid the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe and the White Earth Nation by $3.8 million in the first quarter of this year for medication-assisted therapy treatments covered under Medicaid.
