A man who was shot in the hand by a police officer was treated for his injuries at Carris Health — Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar and released back into police custody. He is booked into the Kandiyohi County Jail with charges pending. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating the incident.
